The high ozone concentration produced in Primozone’s generators and high gas pressure result in greatly improved efficiency when dissolving ozone gas in water. Tests performed on Primozone generators at the Norwegian Institute of Technology have measured 98 % dissolution in under 3 minutes. This proves that the Primozone generators are very efficient for water treatment, and also very cost effective. The high gas pressure makes it possible to use alternative injection systems and place the generators further away from a reaction tank.

Ozone capacity for these 10 different models range from 6 g to 2.9 kg ozone per hour (0.3 to 153 lbs/day) with a 150–300 g/m3 ozone concentration. The GM6-48 series ranges from 20 g to 2.9 kg ozone per hour (0.5 to 153 lbs/day). A combination of two or more generators can cover deliver a capacity of up to 60 kg ozone per hour (3,200 lbs/day). An existing system can easily be upgraded with additional ozone generators to cover future needs.

Primozone generators produce ozone at the exact levels needed at any given time. Each generator features an integrated control system for safety, monitoring and control. The system delivers information in real time about ozone levels, gas pressure and gas flow. In addition, the ozone generator is equipped with a user–friendly interface for simple operation.
