In-house Testing with Full Control

Firstly, all core competencies and final testing are conducted in-house. This allows us to maintain full control over the entire process, from initial assembly to final verification. As a result, each unit is subjected to extensive performance testing under realistic operating conditions, as well as complete electrical testing with logged results. This ensures that every delivered ozone generator meets our rigorous quality standards.

Burn-in – Proven Durability Before Delivery

Furthermore, before an ozone generator is shipped, it undergoes a burn-in test in which it operates at one hundred percent capacity for one hundred hours. This procedure guarantees that the product is robust, stable, and ready for continuous operation in demanding environments.

Factory Acceptance Test – System-Level Quality Assurance

Additionally, as a final step, we conduct a Factory Acceptance Test, where every aspect of the system is tested and verified. Each function is reviewed, documented, and approved prior to delivery. The result is a fully tested and configured solution that is ready for immediate commissioning.
